I think the trick is awareness. We speak with 100's of young women across Australia each month about microfinance and no-one knows what it is but as soon as they find out, they love it and want to find out more! When enough people with monetary resources learn that such a small amount can make such a difference and that we are all connected energetically, and economically - a flip in our global economic wellbeing will occur and perhaps the closing of the economic gap will encourage us all to see we are all human, with the same shared values, so we'll look after each other more. Can Bangladesh lead the 21st C to freedom and happiness? Economics best kept secret is that once every half century a country opens up a new model empowering freedom and happiness. In 1950 it was Japan with this idea of organisational leadership. "If it were possible to establish conditions where people could become united with a firm spirit of teamwork, and exercise to their hearts desire their technological capiciity, then such an organisation could bring untold pleasure and untold benefits. In the 00s it seemed to be Bangladesh with its world leadership of millennium goals and rural village women and youth networks hubbing sustainability world's most exciting use of mobile telecoms .Leaders who would like to see Bangladesh lead the most joyfully productive goals of the next half century might find that the experience of the Emperor of Japan is uniquely relevant.
